Our history
Moda Shopping is placed in a thriving point of modern Madrid, the heart of AZCA, between the emblematic buildings of Torre Picasso and Torre Europa, a step away from the Conference Palace and Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.
More than 20 years have passed since the day we opened our doors and we have been visited by more than 140 million customers, a figure that make of us a benchmark shopping center for your purchases in Madrid, thanks to its location, selection of fashion shops and in-store services aimed to satisfy the needs of those in search of a different shopping experience in Madrid.
The building
MAPFRE VIDA center is a 60.000 sqm building distributed in ten floors: two are dedicated to the shopping center, four are offices and other four, car parking. Surface dedicated to offices: 20.376 sqm. Surface dedicated to commercial activities: 12.500 sqm. Parking spaces: 1.000
Architect Jorge Mir designed the building, inaugurated on 1988.

Moda Shopping center belongs to a compound in which commercial activity, leisure areas and a good selection of shops, restaurants and terraces live together with business life, as more than 2.000 people work in the floors dedicated to offices. Since its opening, more than twenty five years ago, Moda Shopping has become a benchmark for purchases in Madrid, thanks to its location and the selection of fashion shops and catering offer, with free parking time some days of the week.
Moda Shopping is placed in the heart of AZCA, a thriving business point of Madrid, located at 40, General Perón, on the corner of Paseo de la Castellana, opposite Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. It has a comfortable car park to enable the visit to the center, no charge some days of the week.
